Our goal has become to visit each of the Great Lakes. We covered Lake Ontario on our way to Niagra Falls, along with Lake Erie.
We also wanted to camp near the lakes whenever possible. We left Pymatuning and headed to Maumee State Park which is located outside of Toledo, OH right on Lake Erie. The park, to date, is one of my favorites in our travels. The sites are spacious and comfortable and there are a lot of walking paths that take you not only near the lake but also through areas where wildlife abounds. We saw may bunnies and deer and they were so much fun to watch. We also met some nice people here as well....
Leave Pymatuning, OH 9:43am - cloudy, humid 78°
